  • Strategic Doing Training – McElrea Consulting is the national home of Strategic Doing New Zealand, offering one-day introductory workshops and practitioner-level certification. These courses equip leaders, practitioners, and facilitators with the skills to build agile, collaborative strategies that create real impact.

  • Media Training – tailored sessions to prepare leaders, spokespeople, and teams for media interviews and public communication. We focus on clarity, confidence, and credibility under pressure.

We design sessions that not only build knowledge but also give participants tools they can use immediately - whether that’s leading a collaborative strategy process, handling a media interview, or strengthening governance practice

McElrea Consulting, in partnership with Great Scott Communicatins, equips leaders and teams with the skills to communicate effectively, govern wisely, and move from ideas to action with confidence.

Case Example

Strategic Doing Training​

Through Strategic Doing New Zelanad, we have delivered 2.5 Day Certified Practitioner Training and one-day Strategic Doing training for leaders across Otago and nationally.

 

These sessions introduce participants to agile strategy methods, enabling them to address complex challenges and build collaborative, action-oriented solutions within their organisations and communities.
