Research in practice
Cromwell Menzshed Feasibility
McElrea Consulting worked with the Cromwell MenzShed to explore the feasibility of establishing a permanent, purpose-built facility for the organisation.
The work brought together research, stakeholder input and analysis to understand the need for the facility, its potential community benefits and the practical considerations involved in taking the project forward.
The feasibility work helped provide an evidence base for decision-making and supported the MenzShed as it progressed from an idea towards a permanent home - creating greater capacity for members, community projects and connections across the Cromwell community.
