Case Example
Central Otago District Council
In 2024, McElrea Consulting facilitated a workshop with over 140 staff at Central Otago District Council to co-design a shared mission, vision, and set of values for the organisation.
Using a mix of guided exercises and collaborative discussion, we created a strong foundation for organisational culture. This was followed by Executive Leadership Team sessions to refine goals, objectives, and measures of success.
